Privacy Policy: You will not be subjected to mass mailings
as a result of creating an account on this site (if you want
gamebook-related announcements, that's what my mailing list is for). I
will also never sell your e-mail address to spammers or anyone else. I'm a
hobbyist, and this is all about the gamebooks, not any commercial interest.
The only reason I will contact you (assuming you even provide an e-mail
address for me to contact) is to discuss book trading or to make comments
on a review you have submitted.
Submitting your e-mail address is optional, so if you are worried
about privacy, just leave that field blank. Your e-mail address will
only be displayed to other users who are currently logged into the
system. This should protect you from spammers, but I can't make any
guarantees. To be on the safe side, it might be a good idea to set up a
new free web-based e-mail account just for use with this site.
This is not a secure site. Passwords are transmitted as clear text
and may be intercepted. I doubt anyone would go to the trouble of hacking
into your account, but you probably shouldn't use a password that also
protects something more important on another site.
Your account will not be activated until I approve it. Please be
patient; I'll try to check frequently for new accounts. If you're afraid
