After two underwhelming entries in a row, the Storytrails series picks up the pace again with this excellent horror title. Island of the Walking Dead is a predecessor to the zombie gamebook craze that would begin decades later. It tells an engaging story clearly influenced by George Romero movies. In terms of gameplay, the book can be quite challenging to complete. It is definitely worth a read if you can find it. |
